My name is Micha and I am a self-taught painter. I was born in 1990 in Switzerland, in a multicultural family.

 

I have always been drawn to creativity in various fields such as origami, musical instrument making, sewing, knitting, and furniture making. I love learning how to make things.

 

My art is intentionally experimental and I tend to work intuitively. I like to use a wide variety of materials. I often recycle old objects and transform them into something new.

 

I use art to explore various topics that fascinate me such as human emotions, mental health, and the beauty of nature. I have already held exhibitions in Rennes (France), New-York, London and Oxford.

 

I live and work in Glasgow, Scotland.
